Bible Q & A

Q. When, in this lifetime, does a person become a saint?

A. It is evident that God calls certain people into the knowledge of the TRUTH. (John 6:44.)

Once a person acknowledges that TRUTH and accepts Jesus Christ as their personal savior, become baptized, have hands laid on them, and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, they become a SAINT. (Acts 2:38)

Notice Romans 1:7. “To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.” It is evident that those that are Christ’s (Romans 8:9) are saints and are in training to enter into the Kingdom of God at His coming. Notice I Thessalonians 4:13. Also, read Daniel 7:18. “But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.”
