Jesus Christ said in Matthew 16:18,
“…
And I say also unto thee, That thou art
Peter, and upon this rock I will build my
church; and the gates of hell shall not
prevail against it…”
Christ clearly statesthat he is going to build a Church,
a Church that will not be destroyed by death or time.
Somewhere on this earth, that Church has to exist today.
That Church will be adhering to the basic beliefs and
doctrines taught and observed by Jesus Christ himself.
On Christ’s last night on earth as a human being he
knew he would later be crucified and murdered. Being
heavy with sorrow and grief, he shared with his disciples
many close and personal things. In the seventeenth
chapter of John, Christ prayed to his father in the
presence of his disciples. One of Christ’s requests
to His Father is quoted in verse eleven. “
…And now I am no more in the world, but these
are in the world, and I come to thee, Holy Father,
keep through thine own name
those whom thou hast given me,that they may be one,
as we are.”
Christ asked His Father to keep his true disciples “
in thine own name,”
God’s name is God. Therefore, those that are God
’s should be in the Church God founded. The Greek
word for Church is Ecclesia which means called out ones
or congregation. We believe we are a part of the True
Church of God. We do not profess to be the ONLY True
Church of God on this earth. There are many other
Organizations that no doubt are a part of this Church as
well.
Many have asked what we believe. Following
this introduction is a complete Statement of
Beliefs of The Church of God, New World
Ministries. You will see that we adhere
to the doctrines and teachings of Christ and the apostles.
Before departing from this earth and going to be
with His Father in heaven to sit at His right
hand, Christ gave His Church two GREAT COMMISSIONS:

“
…feed My sheep…”
(John 21:16).

“…Preach the gospel to every
creature…”
(Mark 16:15).
It is the mission of The Church of God,
New World Ministries to fulfill these two Great
Commissions as God provides the means and opportunity.
This website is one means utilized to complete
this mission. Television and the printed
